Our mixed groups are open to individuals and smaller groups looking to join a shared experience. These sessions are a great way to meet new people and share the benefits of Forest Bathing with others. Our experienced guide will help you to connect with nature, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised. The investment for a mixed group session is €35 per person. Should you wish to include small children then contact NeDo Forest Bathing and we can arrange a family friendly walk.
